What counts here?
The 314 figure is net new homes, after accounting for demolitions, over August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025. It is not permits issued or MLS listings added. The City reports 338 completions and 24 demolitions in the period.
Completing 17.5% of the five-year total in year one does not establish the current pace in September 2026. This page will need a newer progress report before making any claim about year two.
