What changed in August?
Mission recorded 39 sales across detached homes, townhouses and apartments, compared with 44 in July. These three categories had 350 active listings at month-end. The combined sales-to-active ratio is about 11%; that calculation pools property types and is not the Board's official market classification for Mission.
