Mission's detached benchmark was $892,700, down 11.8% year over year. The three property types combined for 39 sales and 350 active listings.
Detached homes accounted for 27 of 39 sales. Apartments recorded just three sales; a single month of activity in a small segment should be read cautiously. Benchmarks offer a more stable view of price trends than a month's average transaction price.

Townhouses recorded nine sales and 54 active listings; apartments recorded three sales and 57 active listings. Their benchmark prices fell 4.4% and 4.7% year over year, respectively. One transaction can shift monthly sales ratios noticeably.
